is done on-site and complete lab reports ( 5 or 10 panel)
can be received in as little as three working days. All lab results are verified

Court Based Drug Screening Program accommodates one time testing or scheduled

If you
are an individual that requires drug screening that has been mandated through an
out-of-county court system, you will need to call our office to arrange your
appointment. At the time of your first appointment, you will need to provide:
• Identification
• Court
papers
indicating the drug screening order and the
testing requirements (you may need to contact
the court for further information)
• Court
and contact information (inc. address, phone #, fax
# & case #)
• An Authorization to Release
Information to the court (provided at the office)
